You can choose to purchase:

• 1 BILAN
• 3 BILANS
• 6 BILANS

• You can use them for the same need or different needs, at your own pace and without time limits.

1. Select your choice, then click on the cart to make a secure payment by credit card.
2. You will receive an invoice for your payment by email.
3. Your purchased BILANS will be on your account.
4. Click on “start your BILAN” (top right) then select your need to complete your personalized questionnaire.

You will be automatically charged for the BILAN completed on your account.

After making the payment, select a need.
Then start the questionnaire and at the end click on “finish”

You will receive your personalized advice:

a micronutrition regimen composed of 3 products from the METHODE ESPINASSE range and a dietary regimen, available for download in PDF format.

Click on the cart to purchase the METHODE ESPINASSE Supplements: you can modify the proposed quantities.
Follow the advice over a period of 1 to 6 months to achieve optimal benefits.

You can complete up to 3 successive BILANS for each need to improve results.

Either go to the “needs” section, select a need, then complete your “BILAN 361” to receive your personalized advice. Go to the cart to make purchases.

Or go directly to the “Supplements range” section to order or reorder products for your personalized micronutrition regimen. Select your products and quantity, then go to the cart (top right), confirm your order, and make the payment.
