- Complete the online questionnaire
- Get your personalised recommendations, including:
- a Cellular Nutrition programme composed of 3 METHODE ESPINASSE supplements,
- a personalised dietary plan, available for download as a PDF.
Click on “Basket” to purchase the METHODE ESPINASSE supplements. Suggested quantities can be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
Follow the recommendations from 1 to 6 months, depending on individual needs and results. Several courses per year may be repeated, in order to achieve optimal benefits.

Select your products and quantities, then click on “Basket”, confirm your order and proceed to payment.
